Diogo Jota is absent for Wolves in Turkey after picking up a toe injury and missing the weekend win over Watford. Pedro Neto, who started that game in his absence, was also forced off after an hour and is a doubt. Bruno Jordao is the one definite absence for Nuno Espirito Santo.

• This will be the first competitive meeting between Besiktas and Wolves, and the first time Wolves have faced a Turkish side in European competition.

• Including qualifiers, Besiktas are unbeaten in their last four home games against English sides in European competition (W3 D1), keeping clean sheets in each of their last three.
• Besiktas have lost their last two games in the Europa League - they haven't suffered three in a row in the competition since March 2012, with two of the three defeats in that run coming against the 2011-12 champions Atletico Madrid.

• Wolves have won each of their three away games in European competition in 2019-20 (all qualifiers), scoring 11 goals across these three trips - 4-1 v Crusaders, 4-0 v FC Pyunik and 3-2 v Torino.
• Adem Ljajic has been directly involved in three goals in his last five Europa League starts for Bestikas, scoring one and providing two assists.

Charlie's prediction

Wolves managed to get their first win of the Premier League season at the weekend. Nuno Espirito Santo was saying that some of their players are getting tired. I do not get the tiredness thing. I know he doesn't like to chop and change but Wolves have added three or four players yet we haven't seen much of them.

We haven't seen much of Morgan Gibbs-White and other young players either. It seems as though it was back to normal with the clean sheet against Watford but Besiktas will be dangerous and they could well be too much for Wolves at home here.
