Jerry Yates scored a goal either side of half time as Blackpool overcame a fightback to beat Burton 2-1 at the Pirelli Stadium.
Yates scored the opening goal of the game after 21 minutes when he collected Sullay Kaikai's pass and slid the ball home from inside the area, but Daniel Gretarsson's own goal gifted the Brewers a lifeline just after the hour mark.
But after John-Joe O'Toole gave away a penalty with 16 minutes left to play, Yates smashed home from the penalty spot to earn a much needed win for the visitors and keep Jake Buxton's men in the relegation zone.
