      Chester slumped to a 2-0 home defeat at the hands of Lincoln as Janos Kovacs and Adrian Patulea both got on the scoresheet. The opener came in first-half stoppage time when Scott Kerr's corner was nodded goalwards by the Hungarian Kovacs, the ball taking a slight touch off Damien Mozika before ending up in the back of the net. Dany N'Guessan wasted a glorious chance for the visitors when he headed over from underneath the bar. But the advantage was doubled after 57 minutes by Patulea, who fired home after good work by N'Guessan.
