Promotion-chasing Swindon had to settle for a point in a goalless draw at Orient.
In a poor first half, Town keeper David Lucas clawed away an effort from home midfielder Jason Demetriou while Orient's Jamie Jones kept out a low drive from striker Charlie Austin.
Swindon midfielder Danny Ward should have done better after the break following a long run but his shot was weak.
Both teams brought on powerful substitute strikers midway through the second half - Jonathan Tehoue for Orient and Vincent Pericard for Swindon - but few chances were created at either end.
Late in the game Town midfielder Sean Morrison scooped a shot from Demetriou over his own bar while Jones saved from Billy Paynter.
