Sheffield Wednesday have completed the signing of David Jones from Burnley for an undisclosed fee.
A product of the Manchester United academy, Jones has previously represented four teams in the Premier League - Derby, Wolves, Wigan and Burnley.
Jones joined Burnley from Wigan in 2013 and made 41 appearances for the Clarets last season, helping them go up to the Premier League as champions.
The Southport-born midfielder adds experience to Wednesday manager Carlos Carvalhal's squad, having made 297 league starts in his career to date.
Jones will wear the No 3 shirt at Wednesday this season.
