Dunfermline sign former Rangers striker Nicky Clark

Scottish Championship side Dunfermline have completed the signing of striker Nicky Clark on a two-year contract.

The former Queen of the South and Rangers player arrives at East End Park as a free agent following his release from Ibrox during the summer.

Clark, who scored 39 goals for Queen of the South during a two-year spell at Palmerston Park, started his career at Aberdeen before moving to Peterhead.

The 25-year-old joined Rangers in July 2013, after impressing against the Glasgow side in a Ramsdens Cup tie the previous season.

He scored 23 goals in his three years with Rangers before he was freed by the club following their promotion to the Scottish Premiership.
