New season, new stadium names: We take a look at grounds which have changed for 2016/17

West Ham United will play at the London Stadium this season and there are a number of other teams who have changed the name of their home ground for 2016/17.

Meanwhile, following Cheltenham's promotion from the National League, their fourth-tier rivals will travel to the World of Smile Stadium this season, while Grimsby Town's Blundell Park will host League Two football for the first time since 2010.

You'll be able to watch Hull City and Stoke City play in their newly renamed stadia live on Sky Sports during August - plus West Ham United's first Premier League game in the former Olympic Stadium when they take on Bournemouth live on Sky Sports 1 HD on Sunday, August 21.
