As the season draws to a close, clubs across Europe are busy planning for the summer.

Scouts and managers are busy identifying transfer targets and deciding which players they want to keep... but who is going where?

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has agreed to extend his contract with the club until 2020. Under the Frenchman, Real are on track to win La Liga and become the first side to ever retain the Champions League.

Pepe will leave Real Madrid this summer when his contract comes to an end. The Portugal defender has a mega-money offer on the table from Chinese Super League side China Hebei Fortune but is expected to join a Serie A club.
