After a weekend full of cup finals and emotional goodbyes, the transfer window is fast approaching.

Our friends at Football Whispers have rounded up all the latest transfer rumours from across the continent.

FRANCE

Liverpool have joined the pursuit of Benjamin Mendy. They know they are going to face competition from Manchester City, Manchester United and Barcelona, but they are up for the fight and see the 22-year-old as a priority this summer. (L'Equipe)

Olivier Giroud, after starting just 11 Premier League games this season wants assurances that he'll play more next year and has had two meetings with Arsene Wenger. Both Lyon and Marseille are known to be keen on the Arsenal striker. (L'Equipe)

Moussa Sissoko could be set to leave Tottenham Hotspur after what he calls the "worst season of his career", but he wants an honest chat with Mauricio Pochettino. "If he doesn't want me he should say so." (L'Equipe)

Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and Manchester City have all expressed their interest in Monaco's Djibril Sidibe. The right back, who only joined last summer, believes he is ready for a move to the Premier League. (L'Equipe)

Paris Saint-Germain are close to announcing Antero Henrique as their new sporting director. The former Porto man will take up the role Patrick Kluivert has been doing and the Dutchman will either change jobs or leave the club. (Le Parisien)

SPAIN

Former Real Madrid goalkeeper and World Cup winner, Bodo Ilgner, has told his old club that they don't need Manchester United's David de Gea this summer. The German suggests that Los Blancos show more faith in Keylor Navas. (AS)

Heavily linked with a move to Manchester United this summer, Antoine Griezmann is eyeing up an exit in order to lift more silverware, however, former Atletico and United striker Diego Forlan has told the forward he will have the opportunity to lift trophies at the Madrid club. (Marca)

New Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde wants to make Manchester United's Ander Herrera his first signing. But Jose Mourinho does not want to sell the midfielder so the Catalan club have accepted a deal is unlikely. (Sport)

Stoke City forward Marko Arnautovic, a rumoured target for PSG, could be on the move to Roma. The Austrian is linked with a £37.5m move to the Italian side. (Marca)

ITALY

Huge changes are expected at AC Milan this summer, with a projected XI showing no fewer than seven new signings. Although they have qualified for the Europa League qualifying stage, they finished 23 points behind the Champions League places. (Gazzetta dello Sport)

Milan's representatives are set to fly out to Spain next week to meet with Real Madrid ahead of signing Chelsea target Alvaro Morata, for 60m euros. They will offer the Spanish striker 8m euros in wages. (Gazzetta dello Sport)

Milan are also interested in Lyon midfielder Corentin Tolisso. The Arsenal transfer target would cost 35-40m euros, but both clubs would need to convince him that a move to a Europa League club is better than the Champions League, with Juventus also keen. (Gazzetta dello Sport)

Also rumoured to be a transfer target for Liverpool. Inter Milan have stepped up their pursuit of Lazio forward Keita Balde. With the possible departure of Ivan Perisic, they see the Senegalese forward as the ideal addition to their attack. (Gazzetta dello Sport)

Inter Milan are facing a challenge though, with Juventus apparently agreeing a deal with Lazio for the 22-year-old who is contracted until 2018 with the Rome club. (Tuttosport)

GERMANY

Thomas Tuchel seems set to leave Borussia Dortmund this summer after problems have emerged with the board. BVB have shown interest in Hoffenheim's young boss Julian Nagelsmann, but it is believed he thinks it's too soon in his development to make that move. They also face a problem in signing up Nice coach Lucien Favre, with the Swiss boss contracted until 2019. The compensation would be too much for the Germans. (SportBild)

Both Hamburg and Hertha Berlin are very keen in bringing Leicester City 'keeper Ron-Robert Zieler back to Germany. The former Hannover shot-stopper managed just nine appearances for the Foxes behind Kasper Schmeichel and will be looking for first-team football. (Bild)

PORTUGAL

Former Spurs target Bruma is set to seal a 18m euros move to Bundesliga side RB Leipzig. The 22-year-old will earn a salary of around 6.6m euros and it will make his former club Sporting 1.7m euros as part of the deal that took him Galatasaray. (Record)
