As each major European league approaches a dramatic climax, the continent's biggest club's already have one eye on their summer transfer plans.

Here, our friends at Football Whispers have rounded up the latest transfer news from across Europe.

Germany

Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich will sign World Cup-winning defender Lucas Hernandez from Atletico Madrid in the summer. The German club will meet the 23-year-old's £69m buyout clause, a fee that will make him Bayern's record signing. (Sport Bild)

Benjamin Pavard, the Stuttgart defender whose own summer move to Bayern has already been agreed, is excited by the prospect of linking up with international team-mate Hernandez at the Allianz Arena next season. "We are very good friends," Pavard said. "I think it would be fantastic if Lucas also came to Bayern. He has proved that he is a great player." (Sport Bild)

Bayern have also agreed terms with German international striker Timo Werner, who is a reported Liverpool transfer target, but there is no deal in place yet with the player's club RB Leipzig. (Bild)
