Watch highlights as a 2-0 defeat at home to Atletico Madrid saw Manchester City Women crash out of the Champions League round of 32.

Man City were knocked out of the Champions League after a home loss to Atletico Madrid, but Chelsea strolled beyond SFK Sarajevo.

City came into their second leg with Atletico with the scores level, but a 2-0 home defeat put them out 3-2 on aggregate, and their first exit before the semi-final stage for the first time in three years.

They fell behind after only four minutes into their game at the Academy Stadium when Silvia Meseguer slotted beyond Karen Bardsley.

Just before half-time Ludmila da Silva made it 2-0, and even with City's considerable pressure after the interval they could only muster two efforts from Mikita Parris and Caroline Weir off the bar, while Jen Beattie had a goal ruled out for offside.

Chelsea Women had no such trouble, brushing SFK 2000 Sarajevo 6-0 to progress 11-0 on aggregate.

Last season's semi-finalists went ahead inside five minutes when Fran Kirby held the ball up, before freeing Drew Spence to fire in from close-range.

Provider then turned goalscorer as Kirby netted her 50th Chelsea goal by taking the ball around the visiting goalkeeper and slotting in.

It was after half-time that the goal onslaught really got going, and began when Maren Mjelde curled in a free-kick into the corner five minutes from the restart.

Kirby then doubled her tally with a low effort, and Hannah Blundell made it five late on. There was still time for another though when Chelsea were awarded a penalty, and although Kirby's shot was saved from 12 yards, Erin Cuthbert finished off the rebound.

Emma Hayes' side will find out their round-of-16 opponents on Monday.
