West Brom kick off the 2017/18 Premier League season with a home game against Bournemouth on August 12.
Tony Pulis' side then face Burnley (a) and Stoke (h) ahead of the first international break of the season.
The Baggies face four of last season's top seven in December, including a match against Everton at The Hawthorns on Boxing Day.
They welcome Tottenham in their final home match of the season on May 5, before finishing the campaign away at one of Pulis' former clubs, Crystal Palace, on May 13.
