Chris Wood set for Burnley medical after £15m deal agreed to buy Leeds striker

Burnley have agreed a £15m deal with Leeds United to sign New Zealand striker Chris Wood.
Leeds boss Thomas Christiansen confirmed after Saturday's win at Sunderland - which Wood sat out - that a bid from the Clarets had been accepted.
Sky Sports News understands the offer is worth £15m, and the 25-year-old is now set to undergo a medical on Sunday, possibly on Manchester City's Etihad campus.
Wood tweeted on Saturday stating that, due to the ongoing negotiations, it would "not be right" for him to play in Leeds' evening kick-off clash with Sunderland, live on Sky Sports Football.
"Due to strong from a Premier League team, the ongoing discussions with the club, and given it has always been my ambition to play at the highest level, I don't feel it's right to play today," Wood said.
"I wish the team all the best and hope the lads can pick up three points."
Christiansen said after a 2-0 win: "The possibility to go to a Premier League club is interesting for him, and probably the money is also much better.
"But he was recognised and appreciated player at this club and everyone has to respect his decision. I personally hope he will do fine. I don't have anything against him, he's a good guy, a good player and he's given until now what I expected of him."
The Clarets have been after Wood since losing Andre Gray to Watford and had an initial £12m offer rejected, with Leeds subsequently offering the player a new contract.
Wood had netted more than 40 goals for Leeds, including one on the opening weekend of the current season at Bolton.
He scored 30 goals in 48 appearances in all competitions under Garry Monk last season - his most prolific campaign.
Burnley boss Sean Dyche has so far brought in six players this summer, including forward Jonathan Walters from Stoke City.
Charlie Taylor, Jack Cork, Phil Bardsley and goalkeeper Adam Legzdins have also arrived at Turf Moor.
