Huddersfield Town are set to make an improved offer for Barnsley defender Andy Yiadom, Sky sources understand.

The Premier League new boys have already had a bid worth more than £1m turned down by the Sky Bet Championship side.

Swansea City, who signed Alfie Mawson from Barnsley last season, and QPR are also interested in the right-back who has played twice for Ghana.

Yiadom moved to Barnsley from Barnet last summer and has 12 months left on his contract.
