Shrewsbury vs Oxford preview

Shrewsbury boss Sam Ricketts could be tempted to name an unchanged side for the Sky Bet League One clash with Oxford.

Ricketts was impressed with his team's performance as they suffered a narrow 2-1 defeat at promotion-chasing Barnsley on Good Friday and he may pick the same XI.

Striker Fejiri Okenabirhie is among those vying for a starting berth should Ricketts choose to make any changes. Midfielder David Edwards and goalkeeper Steve Arnold remain on the sidelines.

Oxford will be without suspended goalkeeper Simon Eastwood for the trip. Eastwood was shown a red card in Friday's 2-1 victory over Charlton for handling outside his area in the second half.

Debutant Jack Stephens impressed after coming off the bench to replace Eastwood and he is likely to start between the sticks. Marcus Browne is also unavailable as he completes a three-match ban.
