Former Arsenal and England midfielder Ray Parlour joins Helen and Fenners on the Soccer AM sofa this week.
Parlour also turned out for Middlesbrough and Hull City during a 20-year playing career and will be on the show with presenter Adam Richman, as well as Manchester City and England defenders Steph Houghton and Lucy Bronze.
Meanwhile, we are 'droplifting' live in Leicester following the club's sensational title win on Monday. Muzzy Izzet will be somewhere in the city to give away a pair of tickets to the champions' game with Everton, where the winner will witness the Foxes lift the Premier League trophy.
On the show and social media, the former Leicester midfielder will reveal clues to his whereabouts and if Muzzy knocks on your door, you will need to answer it with the password given out at some point during the show!
