Ryan Lowe's in-form Plymouth Argyle made it three wins in a row with a 2-1 League Two home win over Bradford.
Argyle raced into a 2-0 lead after 25 minutes thanks to goals from striker Byron Moore and attacking midfielder Joe Edwards.
Moore profited when man of the match Antoni Sarcevic cut back to cross from the right.
Moore's first strike was blocked but he volleyed in the rebound from close range.
Edwards scored with a low drive into the corner from the edge of the box after being teed up by Joel Grant.
Bradford replied in the 51st minute when central defender Niall Canavan turned in an angled Anthony O'Connor cross from the right.
City could have levelled when keeper Richard O'Donnell's long clearance found Zeli Ismail but the second-half substitute sent his first time shot just past the post.
Sarcevic came close to making it 3-1 after 82 minutes but his thumping goal-bound shot was deflected wide by two defenders.
