Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's repeated lateness is a problem for Borussia Dortmund, the club's sporting director has admitted.
Aubameyang, who has scored 21 goals in 23 appearances for Dortmund in all competitions this season, was linked with a move to Chelsea during the summer after topping the goalscoring table in Bundesliga last term.
Despite the 28-year-old's prolific eye for goal, Dortmund chief Zorc has revealed Aubameyang has a flaw with regard to his punctuality and it is an area the club are working on to improve.
"Auba is a special player," said Zorc. "He is extravagant and a colourful character. That does a city like Dortmund a lot of good."
"We have only one problem with him - that is punctuality. We have to be very clear about that."
Last month, Aubameyang was suspended by the club for "disciplinary reasons", while in 2016 Dortmund dropped him for a Champions League game due to "internal reasons" and Zorc admits the striker's time-keeping is a concern.

"This crept in last year, that he often arrived too late. His pal [Ousmane] Dembele [who moved to Barcelona in the summer] was right there," he added.
"Then, as a club, you have the problem of how to handle it. I don't believe that we can completely get rid of it, but we can handle it fine."
