Sheffield Wednesday have named Lee Strafford as their new chairman and fellow local businessman Nick Parker as chief executive.
The pair joined the club's board of directors last month and both are now looking to work together to move the Owls forward.
Parker takes over from Kaven Walker, who parted company with the Championship outfit last week by mutual consent.
"It is great honour to become chairman of such a prestigious football club," Strafford said.
"Both Nick and I joined the board to secure new investment and deliver positive operational changes into the club.
"This remains our central focus and we are happy with the progress. We are both committed to delivering a brighter future for Sheffield Wednesday."
The club are currently 13th in the Championship seven points off the play-offs.
