Bournemouth host Crystal Palace, live on Monday Night Football, and Cherries boss Eddie Howe has warned that Wilfried Zaha is not the only threat to his side.

Palace are yet to score a goal in three home games, but they have enjoyed plenty of success on the road, winning twice already, and this could prove a shootout between two lightning-quick forwards.

Bournemouth's Ryan Fraser has scored four goals in his last four home league appearances while Zaha has scored in all three of Palace's away matches this season.

Howe said: "Zaha is a player that we need to be aware of, but they've also got excellent midfielders with a lot of experience, so we've got to manage it well.

"We've had some really entertaining games with Palace, they're a good squad with a good manager."

The Cherries will be looking to return to winning ways after they were crushed 4-0 at Burnley in their last Premier League outing.

Howe was pleased with his side's response to the setback during the dramatic 3-2 win over Blackburn Rovers in the Carabao Cup third round.

He added: "It was important to get that winning feeling, even though we changed a lot of players. We desperately wanted to win.

"We're a very strong squad and you don't want the team to pick itself, I don't think that's healthy.

"I think it's panned out nicely that we're on a Monday. We had a quick turnaround mid-week so to have a bit of a break is good for us."

Team news

Bournemouth will continue to be without Dan Gosling, with the midfielder suffering from a calf injury, while Diego Rico retains his place at left-back with Charlie Daniels not expected to be back in contention from a knee injury until next week.

Christian Benteke remains sidelined with a knee injury for Crystal Palace but Connor Wickham is closing in on full fitness following a calf strain.

Scott Dann (ACL) and Jairo Riedewald (knee) remain out, but Hodgson has an otherwise full-strength squad.

Both of them are a packet of Revels, you just never know what you're going to get. Who would've thought Bournemouth were going to get beaten 4-0 at Burnley and not score?

They haven't stopped scoring goals, although Crystal Palace have Zaha. But I think Bournemouth at home are a different team and there'll be goals in this game.
