Highlights from the Sky Bet Championship match between Charlton and Norwich.

Norwich halted a six-match losing streak with a 3-1 comeback win at Charlton to ease pressure on head coach Philippe Clement.

Charlie Kelman fired Charlton into an early lead but Paris Maghoma equalised for the Canaries, who then went ahead through Mathias Kvistgaarden and wrapped up victory via an Ivan Mesik own goal.

Charlton had a chance inside the opening 20 seconds but Tyreece Campbell was unable to beat City goalkeeper Daniel Grimshaw.

Norwich had the ball in the net in the fifth minute, Jack Stacey tucked away a reverse pass by captain Pelle Mattsson, but it was flagged for offside.

The Addicks started with real intensity, their press unsettling the Canaries, and it led to the opening goal on 10 minutes.

Kayne Ramsay nipped in to intercept Harry Darling's pass and Kelman, one of four changes made by Charlton boss Nathan Jones, took a touch on Joe Rankin-Costello's pass to go around Grimshaw and finish from a tight angle.

Billy Koumetio made a perfectly-timed tackle to dispossess Kvistgaarden in the penalty box in the 22nd minute.

Norwich finished the first period stronger as the hosts began to sit deeper.

A driving run from Maghoma, leaving Rankin-Costello trailing, saw the City attacker produce a low cross which narrowly evaded Kvistgaarden on the edge of the six-yard box.

Ramsay was at fault for the Norwich equaliser on 35 minutes. The Charlton right-back attempted a flick which was pounced on by Kvistgaarden and his threaded pass was dispatched impressively past Arthur Okonkwo by Maghoma as he opened his goal account for the campaign.

City finished the half controlling the ball and that continued after the action resumed.

Andre Brooks shot wide from a clear-cut opportunity before Kvistgaarden collected his third goal of the campaign, heading in from six yards out from Ruairi McConville's cross.

Charlton believed they had levelled in the 57th minute when McConville headed into his own net from Campbell's cross but it was struck off for offside.

Okonkwo came out quickly to smother a chance for Oscar Schwartau and then Grimshaw was equally quick to close the angle to frustrate Kelman shortly after the hour mark.

Norwich moved further ahead in the 75th minute as Mesik scored an own goal. Substitute Anthony Musaba's cross sliced off the Slovakian international and past Okonwko.

Charlton's keeper made two more saves to keep the margin of defeat down, tipping away Jacob Wright's shot and then saving from his legs as livewire Musaba tried to add a fourth.

It was the Addicks' first defeat at The Valley this season and they are now without a victory in nine Championship matches.

The managers

Charlton manager Nathan Jones:

To follow...

Norwich head coach Philippe Clement:

"I really believe in the quality of this group. We could have had many more points than we have today and I'm fully confident in this group of players. They still need to learn a lot but that's normal with the ages we have.

"We went behind and the positive is that this group, I've been saying it for weeks, has a lot of desire to get results. They stay resilient and keep going. There has not been a game where they have given up or are not running. Those are the basics in the team - they are doing that.

"We took domination of the game. We scored three good goals and it could've been more. The defensive part was there, combined with the offensive part, for 70 minutes. The target for the next game is to do it for 90 minutes.

"We had difficulty with Charlton's shape for 15 or 20 minutes but, after that, we started to play our football."
