CHELSEA 3-2 DERBY
FULL-TIME! What a game at Stamford Bridge. It all started with an own goal from Chelsea loanee Fikayo Tomori, before Jack Marriott levelled shortly after for the Rams.
Another own goal, this time from Richard Keogh, restored Chelsea's lead, but once again Derby responded through Martyn Waghorn.
Chelsea came forward again, however, and Cesc Fabregas' 41st-minute effort was the eventual winner.
Derby had two great chances to level in the second half as Marriott was denied by Caballero before Nugent hit the post late on.
What a great performance from Lampard's side. However, it is Chelsea who go through to the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup!
90: Three minutes of added time.
89: WHAT A CHANCE! This was the one for Derby. A great ball from Marriott finds Nugent in the box and his effort seems destined for the bottom corner, but it hits the post before bouncing back into the welcoming arms of Caballero.
88: Derby work the ball down the right and it finds Marriott. He tries to get the ball into the middle but it's a tired effort that flies into the hands of Caballero.
The Rams are running out of time to take this to penalties.
85: CHANCES! Two massive opportunities for Derby to equalise. First it's Keogh who finds himself on the edge of the box on the end of a long ball forwad/ His first touch is brilliant to bring it under control, but he can't quite nudge his second past Caballero.
Derby then come forward again and Mount finds space on the edge of the box. He fires an effort on goal but Caballero again makes the save.
82: SUBS! Another couple of changes for Derby sees Harry Wilson and Scott Malone make way for David Nugent and Craig Forsyth.
80: CHANCE! Another opportunity for Morata goes amiss as a cross comes in from the left but the striker can't get his effort on target.
81: ANOTHER CHANCE! The resulting corner finds Morata's head again. This time it's on target but Carson makes the save.
79: SUB! That's Zappacosta's final act as he's replaced by Cesar Azpilicueta.
78: CHANCE! Zappacosta crosses from the right again and it lands right on the head of Morata, but he does absolutely nothing with it other than steer it wide.
74: Frustration for Derby as they pick the ball up again in a good area. Mount shifts the ball left to Marriott but he's too quick in trying to whip the ball into the box because none of his team-mates had caught up with him yet.
72: CLOSE! Derby have come alive again. Mount finds the ball at his feet on the edge of the box and turns before seeing his effort deflected just wide of the post.
69: SUB! Second change for Chelsea sees Ruben Loftus-Cheek come off for Pedro.
68: BIG CHANCE! Fantastic from Huddlestone as he looks up and releases Marriott through the middle, catching Luiz unawares. The striker can't take his chance this time, though, as Caballero makes a save that sees the ball loop onto the top of the net.
66: SUB! David Luiz replaces Andreas Christensen for Chelsea. The young centre-back doesn't look very happy at being replaced.
65: Luiz preparing to come on for Chelsea. Derby are growing in stature again as they chase an equaliser, but a good position is wasted when Tomori barges over Loftus-Cheek.
62: SUB! First change for Derby sees Martyn Waghorn make way for Mason Bennett.
60: CHANCE! Cahill has a free header from the resulting corner but his effort is saved well by Carson down to his right.
59: Derby lose the ball and Chelsea counter quickly through Willian and Fabregas. The Spaniard then pulls the ball back for Kovacic on the edge of the area but his shot is deflected wide.
57: Sarri again looking unhappy on the dugout after another sloppy Chelsea pass. The home side have impressed in fits and bursts tonight but there's been a lot of slack play also.
You wonder how long it will be before he or Lampard make a change.
53: Derby yet to get a real foothold in this half yet. Still, at least none of their defenders have scored an own goal yet.
49: Again Loftus-Cheek charges down the right and finds Morata in the middle. Carson closes in on the striker and tries to nab the ball, he doesn't quite get it but then Tomori manages to make the clearance.
47: Loftus-Cheek causing problems again as gets in down the right and tries to fire the ball across the box, but it flies over everyone's head.
SECOND HALF! Derby get us back under way!
WATCH: LAMPARD'S OVATION
And just before the second half starts, here's a quick reminder of how Frank Lampard was received on his return to Stamford Bridge...
IN-PLAY PRICE BOOSTS
If you fancy more goals, Chelsea to win 5-2 is now 5/1 while Cesc Fabregas to score a brace is 15/2.

WATCH: FABREGAS MAKES IT 3-2
Here's how Cesc Fabregas restored Chelsea's lead just before half-time at Stamford Bridge.
HALF-TIME! What a 45 minutes at Stamford Bridge. It all started with an own goal from Chelsea loanee Fikayo Tomori, before Jack Marriott levelled shortly after for the Rams.
Chelsea came forward again, however, and Cesc Fabregas' 41st-minute effort has given them a 3-2 advantage.
More of that in the second half, please!
45: Chelsea looking happy enough to keep the ball now and see out what's been a breathless first half.
Two minutes added time.
GOAL! CHELSEA 3-2 DERBY (Fabregas, 41)
Loftus-Cheek gets the ball to the byline and tries to pull it back for Zappacosta. Huddlestone manages to get it away from him but it rolls to Cesc Fabregas just inside the box, and he manages to sneak the ball just inside Carson's near post.
Chelsea are back in front!
WATCH: WAGHORN LEVELS
And here's how Martyn Waghorn scored Derby's second to make it 2-2 thanks to Mount's fine assist...
CHELSEA 2-2 DERBY
38: Chelsea wind through the gears again and Loftus-Cheek gets into the box before seeing his shot blocked. The Blues come forward gain though and Emerson has a pop from 25 yards, but it's an easy save for Carson.
WATCH: KEOGH'S OWN GOAL
Here's how Chelsea initially retook their lead through Richard Keogh's own goal...
35: Another shaky moment for Tomori as he misses a Zappacosta cross he was trying to head and allows the ball to fall to Morata. The Spaniard's touch is poor, though, and Derby manager to recover the situation.
32: OUCH! Bit of a nasty one as Malone barges Loftus-Cheek off the pitch and he flies off the pitch and over the advertising hoardings.
He's fine to carry on though.
28: Sarri is furious with that. He charges out to the edge of his technical area and seems to be asking the question of whether Waghorn was offside and the referee should have used VAR. But the goal was given.
GOAL! CHELSEA 2-2 DERBY (Waghorn, 27)
We have another equaliser! What a match this is a Stamford Bridge.
It's Chelsea's other loanee who has played a big part in it as Mason Mount gets into the box on the left and feeds a superb low cross right into the path of Martyn Waghorn, and this time he can't miss from just a couple of yards.
WATCH: DERBY'S LEVELLER
Here's how Jack Marriott equalised for Derby before Chelsea restored their lead...
GOAL! CHELSEA 2-1 DERBY (Keogh OG, 21)
Has someone put a curse on Derby? For the second time tonight, and the third time in two games, one of their defenders has put the ball into his own net.
This time it's the turn of Richard Keogh, who manages to steer a Zappacosta cross past Carson and into his own net. Unbelievable!
WATCH: TOMORI'S OWN GOAL
Here's how Fikayo Tomori put Chelsea in front with a howler of an own goal...
CHELSEA 1-1 DERBY
20: Corner swung in from the left for Chelsea and Loftus-Cheek gets to the near post before heading it on into the danger area. But no other blue shirts can get near it to convert.
17: WHAT A CHANCE! A few slick passes and all of a sudden Waghorn is away in the clear. He gets into the box but can he show the same composure as Marriott? No. He pokes straight at Caballero.
Massive opportunity missed for Derby.
13: Superb response from Derby there. Chelsea still on top but it's proof that this isn't going to be a walk in the park for Chelsea.
GOAL! CHELSEA 1-1 DERBY (Marriott, 9)
Derby are not going to roll over here! Some sloppy play from Cahill sees Huddlestone win the ball back in the middle of the park and he steps forward before feeding Jack Marriott to his left.
The striker still has plenty to do but he gets into the box before firing a low drive across Caballero and into the corner. All square!
CHELSEA 1-0 DERBY
8: Chelsea threaten again as Emerson gets down the left, twists Bogle inside and out before beating him, but then sees his ball fly straight into the arms of Carson.
CHANCE! Chelsea then go close again as Willian picks up the ball before stepping into the box and firing a shot that is deflected wide.
GOAL! CHELSEA 1-0 DERBY (Tomori OG, 5)
Fikayo Tomori has probably spent a lot of his life dreaming about his first Chelsea goal, but he probably didn't imagine it coming quite like that.
A low ball comes in from the right from Zappacosta and Tomori, in an attempt to clear, instead miskicks completely and manages to slice the ball into his own net. What an unfortunate start for the Blues loanee.
CHELSEA 0-0 DERBY
3: Chelsea come forward again and Kovacic cuts in from the left and has a pop from the edge of the box, but it flies harmlessly wide
1: Lively opening from Chelsea as Emerson gets in down the left and whips the ball across the six-yard box, but Carson gathers it well.
KICK-OFF! We're under way at Stamford Bridge!
