    Roma sealed top spot in Group E with a 3-0 victory over basement boys CSKA Sofia in Bulgaria. Claudio Ranieri rested a number of his top stars with Roma already assured of a place in the knockout stages. Roma broke the deadlock on the stroke of half-time when Alessio Cerci collected Daniele De Rossi's pass and fired home with a fierce shot. Cerci doubled the advantage seven minutes after the break when he latched onto Nicolas Burdisso's through ball to score.
