As the end of the season nears, most of Europe's top teams are preparing for a busy summer transfer window.
Our friends at Football Whispers have rounded up all the latest transfer rumours from across the continent.
Spain
The intense speculation surrounding the future of Real Madrid's James Rodriguez continues. The Manchester United transfer target wants a move away from the Santiago Bernabeu, but big money is required - the Spanish giants have placed a €75m price tag on his head. (Marca)
Manchester City's Nolito has not enjoyed a particularly successful debut campaign in the Premier League and he may soon be headed back to La Liga. Real Betis are hoping to pull off a loan deal that would see the winger's parent club pay a portion of his salary. (Marca)
Chelsea transfer target Andrea Belotti is attracting interest from Atletico Madrid.
Diego Simeone wants a strong frontman to lead his line next season and the Italian striker, who has scored 25 goals in Serie A this term, fits the bill perfectly. Atletico are willing to pay up to €60m for the player. (AS, via El Partizado de COPE)
Germany
Lucien Favre has emerged as the favourite to replace Thomas Tuchel as Dortmund manager should the German move on. However, Favre has a contract until 2019 with French club Nice, who he has led to third place in Ligue 1 this season. (Sport Bild)
Maximilian Philipp is one of Tottenham's transfer targets for this summer after an impressive Bundesliga campaign with Freiburg, in which he has found the net nine times.
But the technically gifted attacker may instead stay in Germany, with RB Leipzig now said to be monitoring his progress. (Kicker)
Italy
Mauricio Pochettino has emerged as a candidate for the Inter Milan head coaching vacancy. The Italian club sacked Stefano Pioli last week and, while Chelsea's Antonio Conte is seen as their first choice, Pochettino is a viable alternative. (La Gazzetta dello Sport)
AC Milan are hoping to beat Chelsea and Roma to the signature of Franck Kessie.
The 20-year-old Atalanta midfielder is one of a trio of targets wanted by the club as they aim to return to the top of the Italian game, with the other two being Wolfsburg duo Ricardo Rodriguez and Luiz Gustavo. (La Gazzetta dello Sport)
France
Bernardo Silva has been linked with a move to Manchester United but the Portugal attacker has also indicated he may yet stay at Monaco. Speaking at a press conference, he said: "All players are very happy to be here. We want to continue. If everyone stays you can do something special." (Le10Sport)
After an impressive second campaign in the Premier League, Bournemouth want to bolster their attacking options with the signing of Lois Diony.
However, the striker, who has scored 11 goals in Ligue 1 for Dijon this term, is also being pursued by Monaco, Nice and Saint-Etienne. (L'Equipe)
