Aaron Pierre has praised the Wycombe chairman for his open letter to local employers urging them to let supporters travel to the Aston Villa FA Cup replay on Tuesday.
Chairboys defender Pierre says it is just like Andrew Howard's good nature to come up with such an initiative - aimed to get the club's 5,000 allocation at Villa Park filled and feisty.
Chairman Howard has even pledged to give one lucky business owner a private box at Adams Park next season if they sign up.
Pierre had an excellent game up against Villa striker Rudy Gestede in the first tie, and he told Sky Sports: "I think it's great the chairman has done that.
"We've got a great set of supporters and we want as many of them to be there as possible. We need them.
"He's a good guy and he gets really involved with everything at the club. Whereas some chairman sit back, he comes to the training ground and encourages us."
Wycombe have extra incentive to see off Villa - the Premier League's bottom club - with a home tie against top-four giants Manchester City waiting in the fourth round.
Pierre, who has been instrumental in Wycombe's promotion push both last season and this, says they learned a lot about Villa from their 1-1 draw last week and believe they can cause a huge upset in the Midlands.
Pierre said: "We are ready for them after what we learned in the first game, we learned a lot.
"The biggest difference between us was that they get it down as quickly as possible, play out from the back and build from there. League Two is more about winning your headers, winning your tackles, and high balls in the channels.
"We were delighted with the 1-1 draw. You can't ask for much more than that against a Premier League team. If we can put in the same effort, togetherness and determination we can cause an upset.
"We can't wait to go to Villa Park. It's one of the biggest stadiums and it lets us experience what it's like to play at the highest level in front of so many people."
