Charlton have terminated the contracts of Ricardo Vaz Te and Franck Moussa by mutual consent.
Former Bolton and West Ham forward Vaz Te only joined the Addicks in November and went on to make 12 appearances.
Winger Moussa signed a two-year contract in the summer of 2014 after leaving Coventry, but injury problems restricted him to just 23 appearances.
Charlton have also confirmed that Rhys Williams has returned to Middlesbrough at the end of his one-month loan deal.
