Doncaster have made their fourth signing since relegation to Sky Bet League 2 by bringing in Mathieu Baudry.

The 28-year-old centre-back has joined the club on a two-year deal from Leyton Orient.

Manager Darren Ferguson has already signed Tommy Rowe, Matty Blair and Ross Etheridge.

Ferguson said on the Rovers website: "He's a very good centre-half who can play in a back two or three. He's aggressive in the way he plays as well as being very good on the ball.

"He has lots of experience and knows the league very well.

"He was outstanding when he played for Leyton Orient in League One and got to the play-offs, so I know he can play at a high level.

"He is going to be a real key player for us and was one of my top targets. It's taken a while, but we've managed to get this done and I'm delighted.
