Rochdale striker Steve Davies has signed a contract extension with the Sky Bet League One club.
Davies, 29, sidelined since mid-January due to a knee injury, will stay at Spotland until at least the summer of 2018.
"It's something me and the gaffer have been talking about for a couple of weeks and if it wasn't for my injury we probably would have got the deal done sooner," Davies told the club's official website
Davies has scored 11 goals in 30 appearances for Rochdale since arriving from Bradford on a free transfer in August.
"I really enjoy it here," he added. "There's a great set of lads here and everyone around the club is really friendly. It's a perfect fit for me."
