Crawley have signed midfielder Mark Randall on a free transfer.

The 27-year-old has put pen to paper on a two-year contract after leaving the Red Devils' Sky Bet League Two rivals Newport at the end of last season.

The former Arsenal trainee, who played in the Premier League and Champions League for the Gunners, has also represented Chesterfield, MK Dons and Barnet, and Crawley director of football Selim Gaygusuz welcomed the experience and know-how Randall will bring.

"We're delighted to welcome Mark to the club and add more quality to our midfield," he told the club's official website.
