Sebastian Giovinco produced some magic to score his 13th MLS goal of the season during Toronto FC's 3-0 win over Philadephia Union

Sebastian Giovinco produced yet another moment of magic in Toronto FC's 3-0 victory over Philadelphia Union.

The Italy international notched his 13th goal of a sensational MLS season with an equally sensational first-half free-kick.

There were barely 10 minutes on the clock at BMO Field when Govinco whipped the ball up and over the Union wall to put the hosts into lead, beating goalkeeper on the side of the goal he was protecting.

Further goals from Nicholas Hasler and Jozy Altidore sealed an assured victory for Greg Vanney's men, their eighth on the spin.

The result moved Toronto seven points clear of second-place New York City FC at the top of the MLS Eastern Conference standings.
