Dani Carvajal has signed a contract extension at Real Madrid to keep him at the club until June 2022.
The 25-year-old Spain international has become the third first-team player to sign a bumper new deal at Real Madrid in the space of a week, with Isco and Marcelo having penned new terms.
Carvajal left Real in 2012 to sign a five-year contract at Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen, only for Real to activate an option to re-sign the defender a year later.
The full-back has since gone on to make 165 appearances for the club, winning the Champions League three times along with La Liga and Copa del Rey titles.
Carvajal's dominance in the right-back role meant Danilo, who has subsequently moved to Manchester City in a £26.5m transfer, was limited to a bit-part role at the Bernabeu.
