Romanian set for departure
Catania coach Walter Zenga has confirmed that Nicolae Dica will be leaving the club in January.
The Romanian forward arrived in the summer on a four-year contract from Steaua Bucharest.
Zenga brought in Dica after managing him at Steaua - but the 28-year-old has failed to settle in Italy and is now set to leave.
"Dica has not settled in and asked to leave," confirmed Zenga.
"I tried to give him a launching pad at Siena, but during the game he told me did not feel up to playing, whereas I wanted to give him some space."
Dica has managed just two games for Catania since his move and is set to move back to Romania.
