Midfielder has contract terminated with mutual consent

Brentford midfielder Marvin Williams has left the club by mutual consent and has moved to League Two side Torquay. The former Millwall trainee joined Brentford in July last year from Yeovil Town, and made 24 starts during the Bees' League Two winning campaign. However, the 22-year-old has played just once for Brentford this season - as a substitute in the Carling Cup. Williams drops down a division to join Torquay on a short-term contract until January. He played for the Gulls during the 2006/07 season and goes straight into the squad for the game against Bournemouth on Saturday.
