Lee Morris has agreed to leave Hereford by mutual consent after strugging to make an impact following his summer arrival.
The Bulls number nine, who turns 30 on Friday, failed to find the net in a total of seven starts and seven substitute appearances after signing on a free transfer.
He has also spent loan spells at Mansfield and Forest Green, from whom he returned over the weekend after the Blue Square Premier season came to an end.
And with just two games of Hereford's campaign remaining, the club and Morris have agreed to bring an early end to his one-year contract.
