Hamilton have made their second signing of the summer after snapping up free agent utility man Gavin Skelton.
Skelton was on the lookout for a new club after being released by Kilmarnock after two seasons at Rugby Park.
The 29-year-old is Hamilton's second acquisition of the close season following the capture of Morton's Jim McAlister.
Skelton adds versatility to manager Billy Reid's squad as he can operate at full-back or in midfield.
He began his career with hometown club Carlisle before playing a major part from Gretna's rise from non-league obscurity to the SPL.
