Little and Murray among those aiming for contracts
Glen Little and Scott Murray have been offered another opportunity to impress Aldershot manager Kevin Dillon against Basingstoke on Wednesday.
Experienced duo Little and Murray are among several free agents to have been training with the Shots in recent weeks as they look to earn contracts at the Recreation Ground.
The duo featured in the club's opening pre-season friendly - a 6-0 win over Almondsbury - and Dillon will continue to assess whether or not they will remain with his squad for the upcoming League Two campaign.
Dillon, who saw his side beat Didcot 4-0 on Saturday, told the club's
official website: "In addition to the settled squad who are coming on nicely there are still opportunities for some of the lads that are on trial to have another chance at The Camrose as we are still seeking to strengthen the squad.
"None of those players did themselves any harm at Didcot and are still in the frame, but we will need to make decisions soon.
"We have also had the experience of players such as Glen Little and Scott Murray during pre-season and it is only to be expected that they will receive other offers too."
