Stuttgart have confirmed the signing of experienced midfielder Mauro Camoranesi from Juventus.
The Italian had been linked with a move to Birmingham City this summer but Stuttgart have won the race for his signature.
Camoranesi has inked a one-year deal with the German side, ending his eight-year stay with the Old Lady.
The 33-year-old joined Juve from Verona in 2002 and went on to make over 200 appearances for the cub.
Stuttgart, who won the Bundesliga in 2007, have made a poor start to the new season, with the team losing their first two matches.
