Rossoneri stopper welcomes controversial forward
AC Milan defender Massimo Oddo believes controversial forward Antonio Cassano will prove a good signing.
The out-of-favour Sampdoria player will join the Rossoneri when the transfer window reopens next month on January 2.
His contract will not be filed before next month, but an agreement has been reached allowing the player to join his new team's training camp in Dubai.
Despite Cassano's off-field problems, Oddo believes the capture of the Italy international can only be a plus-point for the club.
Expectations
"We're expecting a lot from him, he's a bonus to the team," explained Oddo.
"We hope that everything will go well.
"Milan offers a favourable environment because they give you everything but they demand respect.
"We'll also be keeping an eye on him."
