Aydemir attracting interest; Plattenhardt signs new contract
Nurnberg are being linked with a summer move for Turkey Under 21 international Selim Aydemir.
The forward is currently on the books of German fourth division side Hallescher, but he has been scouted by representatives of Dieter Hecking's Nurnberg.
However, Hallescher general manager Ralph Kuhne has been keen to play down speculation about 20-year-old Aydemir, who will be out of contract in the summer.
Kuhne told
Mitteldeutsche Zeitung: "Selim has certainly earned a personal advantage from his displays for us during the matches we played in the league recently.
"It's usual there are people now coming up with things about moving on. But you are not going to be a Bundesliga player because of just a few matches."
Meanwhile, Germany youth international Marvin Plattenhardt has signed a new three-year deal which contracts him to Nurnberg until the summer of 2014.
