Dutch club calls on trio to make decision over contract offers

Technical director Martin van Geel insists Feyenoord want an answer over the contract extensions offered to Diego Biseswar, Ricky van Haaren and Ruben Schaken. The midfielders all have expiring deals in Rotterdam and have been offered new contracts by the Eredivisie club. However, the trio are yet to make a decision over extending their stay at De Kuip and the offers will be withdrawn at the end of this month if they do not give an answer. Van Geel told AD: "We made it clear Feyenoord will withdraw the offer if the players won't react." The Dutch club are already thought to be in talks with defender Kaj Ramsteijn and reserve goalkeeper Kostas Lamprou over extending their deals. Young midfielder Jordy Clasie has a contract in Rotterdam until 2013 but Feyenoord are reportedly looking to offer him a new, improved deal.
