Levante left-back sustained calf injury against Barcelona
Levante defender Asier del Horno will be out for around six to eight weeks with a calf injury that he picked up in Saturday's 5-0 defeat to Barcelona.
The ex-Chelsea player underwent tests earlier this week after he had to be substituted in last weekend's game against the Primera Liga champions.
The experienced left-back joined Levante this season from Valencia and he has made 25 appearances, scoring two goals.
A club statement on Levante's official website read: "The Levante medical team has confirmed the worst predictions that Asier del Horno will be out for between six and eight weeks with a micro tear in the soleus of his left leg."
