Fiorentina midfielder David Pizarro has set his sights on a move back to England this summer, Sky Sports understands.

Pizarro enjoyed a spell on loan at Manchester City during the second half of the 2011/12 season, making seven appearances in all competitions.

The Chile international is now hoping to secure a move back to the Premier League this summer and the news has alerted a number of clubs.

Pizarro's agent claimed earlier this month that the former Roma man was prepared to leave Fiorentina and it is understood England is his preferred destination.
