Toulouse have signed Romania centre-back Dragos Grigore from Dinamo Bucharest.
The Ligue 1 club confirmed the 27-year-old's arrival on their website after he passed a medical and signed a three-year contract.
Grigore captained Dinamo last season and, having become their penalty taker, scored seven goals in 35 appearances.
He has won seven caps for his country, including in both legs of their World Cup play-off defeat to Greece last November, and will join compatriot Mihai Roman at Toulouse.
