They're 2/1 with Football League sponsor Sky Bet to beat Derby away from home with the Rams 7/5 and the draw at 21/10.
Hull finished five points clear of Derby in the proper season, and are 8/11 favourites to reach a Wembley final against either Sheffield Wednesday or Brighton & Hove Albion.
Sky Bet are going top price on all teams to achieve promotion through the Sky Bet Play-Offs and rate Hull as 12/5 to return to the Premier League at the first time of asking.

Leg 2: Brighton v Sheffield Wednesday - Monday, May 16 (7.45pm)
Brighton missed out on automatic promotion in dramatic fashion on the final day of the Championship season and will want to bounce back against Sheffield Wednesday.
The first leg of this play-off semi-final takes place at Hillsborough and Sky Bet make Wednesday 13/10 favourites to win the game, with Brighton 23/10 and the draw 21/10.
Sky Bet have boosted Fernando Forestieri to score and Sheffield Wednesday to win from 5/2 to 9/2 and for James Wilson to score in a Brighton win from 9/2 to 13/2.

SKY BET LEAGUE 1

Leg 1: Barnsley v Walsall - Saturday, May 14 (5.30pm)
Leg 2: Walsall v Barnsley - Thursday, May 19 (7.45pm)
Walsall will want to take their great end of season form into the Sky Bet play-offs as they look to return to the second tier for the first time since 2004.
They ended their League 1 campaign with three straight wins including a 5-0 thrashing of Port Vale and Sky Bet make them 2/1 to beat Barnsley away in their semi-final first leg, while they're odds on (8/11) to qualify for the Wembley final.
The Tykes also ended the league season with a resounding 4-1 victory over Sky Bet League 1 champions Wigan and are 7/5 to win the game, and evens to reach Wembley.
Leg 1: Bradford v Millwall - Sunday, May 15 (12.15pm)
Leg 2: Millwall v Bradford - Friday, May 20 (7.45pm)
With 46 games played, Bradford and Millwall could be separated by only one point in the Sky Bet League 1 campaign and Sky Bet's Play-Off odds reflect this.
Millwall are 11/5 to get an away win in the first leg at Valley Parade, with Bradford 7/5 favourites to take an advantage into the second leg. The draw is 2/1.
Sky Sports pundit Ian Holloway predicts a 1-1 draw with Millwall's Lee Gregory scoring first, which can be backed at 25/1.
Millwall will have home advantage in the second leg and are 8/11 favourite to qualify for the Wembley final, with Bradford evens.
SKY BET LEAGUE 2
Promotion odds: Portsmouth 2/1, Plymouth 11/4, Accrington 11/4, AFC Wimbledon 7/2
Leg 1: Portsmouth 2-2 Plymouth - Thursday, May 12
Leg 2: Plymouth v Portsmouth - Sunday, May 15 (6pm)
Sky Bet can hardly split the two sides after Portsmouth's Thursday night 2-2 draw against Plymouth at Fratton Park.
There's all to play for in the return leg at Home Park and Sky Bet will have a full range of Price Boosts available for the big game on Sunday evening.
Pompey will be looking to return to the third tier for the first time since 2013 and are 10/11 to qualify for the Wembley final, while Plymouth are 4/5.

Leg 2: Accrington v AFC Wimbledon - Wednesday, May 18 (7.45pm)
AFC Wimbledon lock horns with Accrington after securing their highest ever finish in the Football League and booking their play-off place on the penultimate weekend of the season.
Accrington will have to recover quickly from a painful 0-0 draw with Stevenage, which meant that Bristol Rovers were able to leapfrog them into the automatic promotion places on the final day.
Wimbledon are 7/5 favourites to take an advantage into the second leg, while Accrington are 2/1 to get a win with the draw 9/4.
Stanley are odds on favourites (4/6) to qualify for Wembley, with AFC Wimbledon 11/10.
