Leeds have signed Bristol City defender Luke Ayling on a three-year deal.
Ayling, 24, is a former Arsenal trainee and spent four years with Yeovil before building his reputation at Ashton Gate.
He was a reported target for Brendan Rodgers at Celtic but completed his move to Elland Road on Thursday.
His last game as a Robins player came on the opening day of the season, a 2-1 win over Wigan.
Garry Monk's Leeds lost 3-0 to Queens Park Rangers in their opening Championship fixture but the former Swansea boss remains confident the Yorkshire club will improve.
Leeds have already signed striker Marcus Antonsson, goalkeeper Robert Green and midfielder Kemar Roofe this summer, while Kyle Bartley has also joined on loan from Swansea.
