The rules are simple: three minutes to perform as many freestyle tricks as possible to impress the panel of judges, including Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville.

Carlos "Charly" Alberto Iacono of Argentina tricked his way to this year's men's World Championship in London, with Japan a surprise in second place and Russia taking third. France's Melody Donchet claimed her second consecutive women's World Final title, and you can watch the highlights from the competition at 6pm on Thursday on Sky Sports Mix.

Red Bull Street Style burst onto the scene in 2008 with a World Final held in Brazil and global champions were crowned in South Africa (2010) and Italy (2012) before Poland's Szymon Skalski tricked his way to the men's championship in Tokyo in 2013.

The last event - held in the historic Pelourinho Square in Salvador, Brazil, in 2014 - well and truly lived up to the hype, with the best of the best from 44 nations battling it out for the biggest prize in their sport.

Britain's Andrew Henderson captured his first Red Bull Street Style World Final title with an incredible move in the last 30 seconds in that 2014 final, while Iacono finished in second place.

Sixteen-year-old Erlend Fagerli of Norway beat the odds to finish third in spectacular style, while Donchet won the women's title equally impressively.
