FIFA president Gianni Infantino has ruled out the 2018 World Cup being taken away from Russia.
There have been calls for the tournament to be moved after the McLaren Report uncovered widespread evidence of state-sponsored doping in Russian sport.
Infantino says he is confident a robust anti-programme will be in place for the tournament.
Infantino said: "I have never liked speculation like that and I will not entertain it.
"Exclusions or boycotts have never been useful. The anti-doping tests will be in place there, 100 per cent. The entire programme in Brazil and South Africa was directed by FIFA and in Russia it will be the same.
"The tests will be done in laboratories accredited by WADA. It will be a clean World Cup."
