Kilmarnock consider Mixu Paatelainen as replacement for Lee McCulloch

Mixu Paatelainen is under consideration by the Kilmarnock board to replace Lee McCulloch, according to Sky sources.
Paatelainen managed the club in the 2010-2011 season and won manager of the year award for the team's exciting brand of football before leaving to take charge of the Finnish national team.
He is currently a FIFA and UEFA technical advisor.
McCulloch lost his job on Sunday after a poor start to the season with Kilmarnock bottom of the Scottish Premiership without a win.
The club said on October 2 they would not be rushed into making an appointment in the next two weeks despite a daunting fixture list.
Academy director Paul McDonald is currently in charge of first-team training with the assistance of U20 manager Andy Millen and striker Kris Boyd.
McCulloch, a former Scotland international, was made permanent boss at Rugby Park in the summer after impressing as interim manager last season, but Saturday's 2-0 defeat at home to Ross County left them propping up the table with just three points.
Kilmarnock next head to Partick Thistle on October 14.
