World Cup fans from 10 countries have snapped up more tickets than England supporters during the second phase of sales.
Despite their nations failing to qualify, USA, China and India are all on the list out-selling England for the event to be staged in Russia that kicks off on June 14.
FIFA revealed on Tuesday that more than 1.6m tickets had been sold in phase two of the selling process. These numbers are down by more than half a million compared to the same stage of the process for Brazil 2014.
Russian fans purchased 216,134 tickets, with the United States selling the second most at 16,462. Peru, Brazil and Columbia all appear in the top 10.
The only European country on the list are defending World Cup champions Germany, with nearly 6,000 set to make the trip.
It was also confirmed that to date 30,711 tickets have been allocated to English fans since sales started in September 2017.
Most of the tickets have been allocated to Russian fans - 796,875 so far in total.
FIFA's last-minute sales phase will commence on April 18. Tickets will then be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Gareth Southgate's England side will open up their World Cup campaign against Tunisia in Volgograd on Monday June 18, followed by their remaining Group G games against Panama and Belgium.
