Rangers are closing in on a deal to sign Burnley midfielder Scott Arfield on a pre-contract agreement, according to Sky sources.
The 29-year-old is out of contract at the Premier League side in the summer and has not signed a new deal to remain at Turf Moor.
Arfield has scored two goals in 19 Premier League appearances this season for the Clarets.
The Canada international joined Burnley from Huddersfield in 2013 and has since scored 22 goals in 193 appearances.
Arfield was born in Scotland and featured for them at U19 and U21 level before switching his allegiances to Canada.
He started his career in the Scottish Premiership with Falkirk, scoring 16 goals in 124 matches.
